Social Media Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, driven, and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of multiple e-commerce brands across the fashion, beauty, skincare, and lifestyle industries.

The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, understands current trends, and knows how to create engaging content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Create and manage content calendars, including posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, influencers, and marketing teams.
• Identify trends and develop creative content ideas.
• Manage influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, audience growth, and overall social media performance.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
• Work closely with the paid advertising and marketing teams to align strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
• Experience with fashion, beauty, skincare, or e-commerce brands preferred.
• Strong creative thinking and content planning skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with influencers and UGC creators.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
