Your Village is a family-centered, multispecialty group practice in Chesterfield, Missouri. We provide services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health counseling, sleep support, and developmental evaluations.

Our mission is to create a supportive community where children and families can thrive. We believe we were never meant to do this alone. We're looking for a creative, motivated, and organized individual to help us expand our social media presence, connect with local families, and share the valuable work happening throughout our practice.

Position Overview

We're seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator who enjoys creating engaging content, developing fresh ideas, and helping a growing business connect with its community. This role is ideal for someone who understands current social media trends, enjoys creating short-form videos, and can turn everyday moments and educational information into compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create approximately 4-5 engaging social media posts per week.
• Produce approximately 1–2 reels or short-form videos weekly.
• Develop creative captions, graphics, and educational content.
• Adapt and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Identify relevant trends, sounds, and opportunities for engaging content.
• Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and tone across platforms.

Creative Planning & Collaboration

• Brainstorm content ideas with our clinicians and leadership team.
• Help showcase our services, providers, events, and community activities.
• Transform clinician-provided educational information into approachable, parent-friendly content.
• Develop ideas that encourage engagement, increase visibility, and help families discover Your Village.

Engagement & Growth

• Monitor social media comments and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to connect with local families and community organizations.
• Review basic performance metrics to understand which content resonates.
• Make recommendations for improving reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Ideal Candidate

• Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable generating new ideas.
• Experienced with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short-form video content.
• Familiar with Canva and basic video editing tools.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Organized and able to work independently.
• Interested in parenting, child development, healthcare, or family wellness.
• Able to collaborate with healthcare professionals and communicate information accurately.
• Understands the importance of patient privacy and confidentiality.

Schedule & Expectations

Approximately 2-4 hours per week, or 8-16 hours per month.

The position is designed to focus on meaningful content creation rather than simply posting for the sake of posting.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
