Social Media and Marketing Manager

Social Media Manager – Cafe Tamra | West Springfield, MA

Part-Time | 15–20 hrs/week | $18/hr

Cafe Tamra is a fast-growing halal café in West Springfield, MA looking for a creative, driven Social Media Manager to own our online presence and help us build a loyal community across Instagram and TikTok.

What You’ll Do

• Post 5+ Instagram/TikTok Stories per day
• Create and publish 8–10 Reels per week
• Post 1–2 feed posts per day across platforms
• Respond to all comments and DMs within 24 hours
• Come into the café regularly to shoot original content (photos + video)
• Submit a weekly content calendar every Sunday for approval
• Monitor tags, mentions, and repost customer content
• Deliver a weekly analytics report covering reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Keep an eye on industry trends and bring fresh ideas

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts (portfolio or links required)
• Strong video editing skills — Reels that actually perform
• Understands food/cafe content and what stops the scroll
• Self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding
• Local to West Springfield area — in-person content shoots are required
• Bonus: experience running paid Meta/TikTok ads!!!
