Job Description

The social media & Marketing Coordinator supports the daily marketing, communications and brand-management activities of Savannah Technical College. Reporting to the Director of Creative Services, this position is responsible for creating timely , engaging and accurate content that promotes the College’s programs, students, employees, events , and community impact.

The coordinator will play a central role in managing Savannah Technical College’s social media presence, photographing campus life and events, developing written and visual content, maintaining organized digital assets and assisting with a wide range of marketing projects. The successful candidate must be able to move comfortably between planned campaigns and fast-turnaround daily requests while maintaining the College’s brand standards, voice and professional image.

This is a hands-on content position for a creative, organized , and dependable professional who can recognize compelling stories, capture them through photography and video, and quickly turn those moments into effective marketing content.
