SEO/TEO Operations Lead

In this role, you’ll leverage advanced project management tools to coordinate resources, streamline workflows, and deliver results at speed. You’ll partner closely with development, SEO, and cross-functional teams—translating audience signals into actionable roadmaps and keeping projects on track. Your proactive, can-do mindset will help us experiment, learn, and adapt quickly in a fast-evolving media landscape.

What you’ll do:

• Own and manage the SEO project roadmap, ensuring timely, data-driven delivery of key initiatives
• Collaborate with development teams to embed SEO strategies into our digital products
• Use project management and AI-enabled tools to track progress, optimize workflows, and communicate outcomes
• Identify resource needs, secure cross-team support, and drive alignment across departments
• Monitor project results, adjust plans, and report on outcomes to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
