Senior Specialist - Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement

Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement leads the operational execution of marketing initiatives, marketing automation, campaign deployment, sales enablement, and department workflows. This role transforms marketing strategy into consistent, high-quality execution by operationalizing systems, processes, timelines, and campaign delivery across BNP Media's brands and sectors.

The Senior Manager serves as the department's operational leader, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, accurately, and consistently while maintaining the systems and resources that support Sales and Marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations

● Manage day-to-day marketing operations supporting BNP Media sectors and brands

● Coordinate campaign production, timelines, and execution

● Maintain operational processes, SOPs, and workflow documentation

● Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process improvements

Sales & Marketing Asset Management

● Coordinate creative requests to produce sector-directed assets

● Manage timelines to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time

● Maintain quality control, brand consistency, and version control across all assets

● Organize and maintain shared libraries of resources for internal teams & linking

Sales Enablement Operations

● Maintain sales presentations, product templates, and supporting resources

● Organize and manage the department's shared asset library

● Support internal communications, training, and distribution of sales materials

Lead Generation Support

● Assist with execution of sector/brand lead generation campaign tactics

● Support implementation of campaign playbooks and roadmap

● Coordinate campaign launches and ongoing optimization activities

Campaign Production & Marketing Automation
