Senior Retail Marketing Manager

Employment

Full-time; in-person at least 3x a week in Prince George's County, MD

Reports to

President of WISECO New Jersey *(interim Head of Marketing)*

Pay

$70,000–$78,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus tied to milestones. This role is set up to grow in scope, title, and compensation over time, with a path toward Head of Marketing as the business grows.

Schedule

40 hours per week. In-store about 1 to 3 days each week. About 2 to 3 marketing events or activations each month, some of which may take place at night, on weekends, or on holidays.
