We are seeking an exceptional senior consulting professional to join our team as a Senior Principal, Bank & Credit Union Marketing. This is a unique opportunity for a partner or managing director-caliber individual to build and lead a thriving marketing consulting practice focused exclusively on the banking and credit union sector. In this role, you will serve as both a rainmaker and a delivery leader – developing new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional client outcomes. You'll work with regional and community banks and credit unions (assets ~$5B-$50B) to transform their marketing capabilities, drive customer acquisition, and accelerate growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies. This is an ideal position for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a "player-coach" environment, combining strategic advisory expertise with hands-on leadership of high-impact marketing transformation initiatives.
