The Penny Hoarder is seeking a performance-driven media buyer to own and scale a core revenue channel.

This role is responsible for owning revenue and gross margin performance of paid media platforms, managing a multi-million-dollar budget, and driving continuous optimization across the full funnel, from ad creative to landing page experience to downstream monetization.

We are looking for a candidate with vast paid media experience who has a proven track record of driving results and are motivated to expand into a full-funnel, performance-driven environment.

This is a highly autonomous role with clear accountability for outcomes, requiring strong analytical thinking, speed in execution, and a bias toward action.

We are open to remote candidates who are willing to work East Coast (EST) hours.

The Impact You Will Make

• Own the paid media channels end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and performance outcomes across platforms
• Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar budget to drive efficient, profitable customer acquisition.
• Analyze campaign performance daily, identify root causes of changes, and take decisive, data-informed actions to improve results.
• Evaluate performance across the full marketing funnel to identify and close gaps in user experience, conversion flow, and revenue opportunities.
• Translate data into clear insights, identify the key drivers of performance, and take ownership of acting on them.
• Develop and execute a robust testing roadmap, including A/B testing of ad creative, copy, and landing page experiences.
• Continuously launch and iterate on new campaigns, creatives, and tests to drive incremental performance gains and scale what works.
