Senior Marketing Operations Specialistwill report to the Senior Analytics Manager.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role. You won't just be architecting the strategy. You'll be rolling up your sleeves to build, execute, and own it end-to-end.

As the

Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, you will:

• Sit at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and analytics - acting as a translator who turns complex marketing strategies into technical requirements, infrastructure, and scalable solutions.
• Serve as the primary owner of our enterprise ESP (Braze) - managing data inflows and outflows, CDP integrations, and unsubscribe governance to ensure a best-in-class orchestration.
• Function as our end-to-end Ad Operations team - setting up event passback to paid ad platforms, installing and configuring tracking pixels, and strategizing on how to optimize spend efficiency through our event implementation.
• Oversee the operational lifecycle of campaigns from inception to delivery - establishing UTM tracking guidelines, designing scalable data ingestion processes, and building ESP infrastructure that empowers rapid experimentation.
• Implement robust campaign monitoring, delivery alerting, and validation frameworks to ensure flawless technical setup and message execution.
• Champion data governance, documentation, and deliverability best practices across our martech stack, ensuring full compliance with CAN-SPAM and safeguarding IP and domain health.
