Position Overview

PHIL is seeking a driven Senior Marketing Manager who is excited about building and scaling our marketing function, owning a broad scope across several areas of marketing with a primary focus on product marketing, content marketing, and Sales enablement. Reporting to our Marketing Director, this role will independently own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization across the marketing initiatives within their scope, including GTM messaging and positioning, Sales materials development, competitive differentiation, and content marketing.

This is a builder role for a senior individual contributor who loves solving problems and thrives in autonomous, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate has experience working on lean teams, and is excited about the opportunity dire
