Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Manager, Social Media to join our growing team!

For us, social isn’t just a channel — it’s a craft. Our Social Media team blends deep healthcare expertise with sharp strategy, standout content and data-driven execution to help clients show up with purpose across platforms.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. This role will primarily support East Coast working hours; candidates based on the West Coast may be considered if they are comfortable working East Coast hours.

What

You’llDo:

• Help clients and internal teams connect the dots between organic and paid social within broader healthcare communications programs.
• Turn platform best practices, cultural trends and healthcare requirements into smart, compliant recommendations clients can act on.
• Support paid social from planning and setup through trafficking, optimization and perfo
