Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Organic Growth will own and evolve Mixbook's organic growth program to drive sustainable traffic, customer acquisition, revenue, and long-term brand authority across traditional search and emerging discovery channels. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you will develop and execute Mixbook's organic growth and SEO strategy across technical SEO, information architecture, on-page optimization, site discoverability, authority building, and AI/LLM-driven discovery.

As Mixbook's subject matter expert in organic discovery, you will bring deep SEO expertise and strategic vision to identify where Mixbook can increase visibility, capture customer demand, and build authority - partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, Content, and Creative.
