About the Role

Xpansiv is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Growth Marketing to build, run, and optimize the demand programs that drive qualified pipeline across our business, combining demand gen strategy with hands-on execution across key digital channels.

This role will own inbound demand generation, performance marketing, campaign execution, and funnel optimization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who pairs strategic thinking with strong operational execution — a builder-operator who runs paid media in-house before scaling it through external partners as the channel matures — and brings a deep understanding of the buyer journey.

You will be working closely with Marketing Operations, Brand/Content, Sales and Business Unit leaders and will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline, increasing conversion rates, and optimizing marketing performance across channels, primarily digital channels.

This is a hands-on role for a marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and a passion for measurable business outcomes.
