JOB OVERVIEW

The Senior Director of Marketing drives marketing strategy for our corporate brand while serving as a strategic marketing partner to our network of affiliated cardiology practices. This leader builds, scales, and executes localized marketing playbooks to help the company and practices to increase patient volume and local market share. The ideal candidate balances high-level corporate brand strategy with a "client-service" mindset, treating affiliated practices as internal clients to accelerate their growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (included but not limited to)

Practice Support & Internal Agency Management

* Act as an internal marketing consultant to affiliated practice leaders, assessing local market needs and delivering tailored growth plans. * Oversee marketing vendors (Strategy Collective and other local groups) with the management and coordination of marketing strategies ensuring approval and satisfaction of practice groups. * Design and scale a standardized "Marketing Playbook" that newly acquired or affiliated practices can rapidly deploy to increase patient volum
