THE OPPORTUNITY

Z SUPPLY is looking for an exceptional Senior Director, Brand Marketing, to lead the evolution of our brand and help shape its next chapter of growth.

This is a highly visible leadership role for a strategic, consumer-obsessed brand builder who understands how to create both brand relevance and business impact. The Senior Director, Brand Marketing will be responsible for defining and bringing to life Z SUPPLY’s overarching brand marketing strategy—strengthening our positioning, expanding awareness, deepening consumer connection, and ensuring the brand shows up consistently and meaningfully across every touchpoint.

Rooted in an effortless California lifestyle, Z SUPPLY has built a loyal consumer following and strong product marketing discipline. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a brand leader who can build upon that foundation to bring fresh thinking, cultural awareness, strong commercial instincts, and a clear vision for where the brand can go next.

This leader will sit at the intersection of brand, consumer, and product, translating business priorities and consumer insights into compelling brand strategies and experiences from e-commerce to wholesale. From seasonal campaigns and product launches to PR, influencers, partnerships and brand experiences, this role will help determine how Z SUPPLY connects with consumers and builds lasting brand equity.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on leader—someone who can establish a long-term vision, inspire teams and agency partners, and also drive the rigor and execution required to turn that vision into results.
