Job Description

Canada is one of Wise's fastest-growing markets and a key strategic priority in North America. Canadians increasingly use Wise as a day-to-day account – moving money internationally, spending abroad, and paying for groceries and subscriptions – and we're looking for someone to lead the next phase of that growth.

You'll own the growth of Wise in Canada, accountable for new customer acquisition and contribution margin. You'll define the Canadian GTM – messaging, positioning, channel mix, and budget allocation – and work in close collaboration with channel leads based in London on campaign execution and optimization, and with the Regional Growth and Product teams on new features and promotions. You'll also be the voice of the Canadian customer, feeding insights back to the Regional Product team to shape the roadmap.

Define the go-to-market strategy for Wise in Canada, including messaging, positioning, channel mix, and budget allocation.

Own new customer acquisition and contribution margin growth for the Canadian market.

Build and maintain a deep understanding of the Canadian customer and competitive landscape.
