This role partners with clients, RPO delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute talent attraction strategies that support business objectives and workforce needs. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills, with the ability to build alignment, influence decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives across clients, recruiting teams, and cross-functional partners.

The Recruitment Marketing Strategist serves as a trusted advisor, leading multiple recruitment marketing campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. This individual collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop data-driven talent attraction strategies, leveraging market intelligence, recruitment marketing best practices, and emerging trends to deliver measurable results.

This role is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive go-to-market strategies across digital, social media, CTV, and other talent attraction channels. The Recruitment Marketing Strategist ensures consistent integration of client branding and employer value propositions across all candidate touchpoints while driving execution, project alignment, and continuous optimization to support hiring success across diverse global markets.Responsibilities:
