What you'll do

### Competitive intelligence (about 70% of your time)

• Track our key competitors. Conduct in-depth, always on analysis of our key competitors, spanning social media management, social listening, media monitoring and influencer marketing. Watch for product launches, pricing moves, marketing campaigns and company news.
• Be our early warning system. Be the first person at Sprout Social to share updates on emerging platforms and new features from established providers.
• Publish regular intelligence reports. Write clear, useful reports for stakeholders across research and development (R&D) and Product Marketing. Tell them what changed, why it matters and what we should do about it.
• Respond fast when competitors move. When a competitor releases a new feature, run a quick analysis. Share the key points with Sales and Customer Success (CS) so they can answer customer questions with c
