We’re looking for a highly execution-oriented Product & Customer Marketer to support and scale the day-to-day operations of our product marketing function. This role is responsible for turning customers into advocates while growing the company’s brand presence through content strategies, campaign support, and social media. This role develops customer stories, reference programs, advocacy campaigns, executive and corporate social content, and customer-centric campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. They are also responsible for the enablement assets needs for the field to esure a clear understanding of messaging, positioning, and product launches. The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller who can translate customer outcomes into compelling content and amplify those stories across owned social channels.
