Grote Automotive is looking for a creative, motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating eye-catching content, managing multiple social media platforms, staying on top of current trends, and finding new ways to connect with our audience. Compensation

$16 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and online visibility. * Create engaging, creative, and relevant content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. * Maintain a consistent posting schedule and stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and new opportunities to reach our audience. * Evaluate current marketing investments and digital marketing services to ensure resources are being used effectively, identify opportunities for improvement, and maximize the value of our marketing budget. * Monitor social media performance, including engagement, follower growth, reach, website traffic, and customer inquiries, to measure progress and identify opportunities for improvement. * Research and recommend new marketing strategies, tools, and content ideas that align with company goals. * Help drive customer engagement and generate interest in vehicle sales, service offerings, and dealership promotions through creative online campaigns. * Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages, helping maintain a positive and professional online reputation. * Collaborate with dealership teams to gather content, promote current inventory and specials, and highlight what makes Grote Automotive unique. * Provide regular updates on marketing activities, advertising expenses, and results, including recommendations for improving overall marketing performance.

Qualifications

*Previous marketing experience or currently pursuing a degree in marketing, digital marketing, social media, or a related field is a must!*

Ability to review marketing performance, interpret analytics, and use data to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), online advertising, and brand development.
Knowledge of current social media trends, content strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
Experience managing marketing budgets, evaluating advertising performance, and identifying opportunities to improve cost-effectiveness preferred.
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write engaging captions, promotional content, and marketing materials.
Ability to develop a consistent content calendar and maintain an active, professional online presence for a business.
Strong understanding of brand consistency and the ability to create content that reflects a company's personality, values, and goals.
Portfolio or examples of previous marketing campaigns, social media accounts, or content created are preferred
