Job Description
Who is Noteable
Noteable is a behavioral health EHR built to make the work behind care feel more manageable. We bring clinical documentation, scheduling, billing, and essential practice operations together in one platform, so ABA and community-based mental health providers can spend less time wrestling with disconnected systems and more time focused on the people they serve.
We're a growing team that values practical problem-solving, thoughtful communication, and genuine partnership. We listen closely, tell the truth about fit, and build with the day-to-day realities of behavioral health organizations in mind.
The opportunity
We're hiring a Paid Media Specialist to turn Noteable's go-to-market strategy into well-run, measurable paid acquisition campaigns. You'll work closely with our Director of Sales and Marketing, who leads Noteable's GTM strategy, to execute across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, retargeting platforms, and other approved channels as our approach evolves.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes getting close to the work: building campaigns, writing and testing ad copy, managing audiences and retargeting, monitoring performance, and following the data until the story makes sense. You will not be expected to invent our strategy in a vacuum or build the entire paid media function alone. GTM leadership will set priorities, positioning, budget parameters, and performance goals; you will bring disciplined execution, reliable measurement, and practical recommendations.
Why you'll love working here
- Meaningful work: Your campaigns will help behavioral health organizations find technology that reduces administrative burden and supports better care.
- Visible impact: You'll be able to connect your work to qualified leads, meetings, pipeline, and revenue... not just clicks and impressions.
- Real ownership: You'll own the details of campaign execution while helping shape how Noteable tests, learns, and improves.
- Close strategic partnership: You'll work directly with the person setting GTM strategy, with clear direction and room to bring forward your own ideas.
- A healthy amount of curiosity: If a campaign is not converting and you get a little obsessed with figuring out why, you'll fit right in.
What you'll own
Campaign execution
- Build, launch, quality-check, and optimize paid campaigns across approved channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and retargeting platforms.
- Create and test ad copy, calls to action, creative variations, and campaign messaging based on approved positioning and audience priorities.
- Implement audience targeting, exclusions, keyword themes, bids, budgets, and retargeting sequences with close attention to accuracy and intent.
Measurement and optimization
- Monitor daily and weekly performance, including spend, pacing, impressions, clicks, conversion rates, cost per lead, and available lead-quality signals.
- Run structured A/B tests with clear hypotheses, controlled variables, documented results, and recommended next steps.
- Apply UTM parameters, naming conventions, and campaign documentation standards consistently.
- Maintain campaign records and supporting tracking in HubSpot, and flag data-quality, conversion-tracking, or attribution issues before they distort decisions.
- Prepare recurring reporting that connects campaign activity to qualified leads, meetings, deals, pipeline, and revenue where the data allows.
Collaboration and improvement
- Support responsible budget pacing and recommend tactical shifts based on performance and GTM priorities.
- Share paid-traffic and audience insights that can improve landing pages, website conversion paths, messaging, and content.
- Stay current on meaningful platform changes, privacy developments, and paid-media practices, and explain what they mean for Noteable in practical terms.
- Handle other related responsibilities that reasonably fall within the scope of this role.
What success looks like
- Campaigns launch accurately, on time, and with reliable tracking in place.
- Paid acquisition generates more qualified conversations and pipeline, not simply more form fills or low-intent traffic.
- Budget is paced responsibly, waste is identified quickly, and optimization decisions are grounded in useful data.
- Tests are structured and documented well enough for the team to understand what changed, what happened, and what to do next.
- Reporting is concise, trustworthy, and connected to the sales outcomes the business is trying to create.
What you bring
Required
- Two to four years of hands-on experience building and optimizing paid digital campaigns, including meaningful experience in Google Ads.
- Working knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, exclusions, bidding, budgets, ad-copy testing, retargeting, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and marketing-platform reporting.
- Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM or marketing automation platform.
- Clear, concise copywriting skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and stages of the buying journey.
- The ability to turn performance data into practical recommendations and explain the reasoning behind them.
- Strong attention to detail, sound follow-through, and comfort owning execution in a growing, fast-moving environment.
Bonus points
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and at least one additional channel such as Reddit, Meta, Microsoft Ads, programmatic advertising, or paid review and directory programs.
- B2B SaaS or lead-generation experience, particularly in a longer or consultative buying cycle.
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, landing-page optimization, or attribution fundamentals.
Compensation and benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000 per year, depending on relevant experience and skills.
Eligible full-time employees currently receive
- Medical and dental insurance
- Life insurance and disability coverage
- PTO
- 401(k) retirement plan
- The tools and systems needed to work effectively in a remote environment
*(Benefits and eligibility are governed by applicable plan terms and company policies and may change over time.)*
