Marketing Technology + Operations Manager

The Marketing Technology + Operations Manager enables Mixbook’s Growth Marketing organization to execute faster, measure more accurately, and scale with confidence. This role connects marketing strategy with the technology, data, processes, and cross-functional partnerships required to support effective campaign execution, experimentation, product launches, and business decision-making.

Working across CRM/Lifecycle, Paid Media, App Growth, CRO/Merchandising, and Analytics, the Marketing Operations Manager drives alignment on marketing technology needs and ensures channel-led tool decisions account for shared data, integration, measurement, governance, and operational requirements.
