Tote Taxi is a growing luxury logistics company serving New York City and the Hamptons. From luggage transportation and mini moves to summer camp baggage services and brand partnerships, we specialize in making life easier for our clients.

We're a small, entrepreneurial team with big ideas, and we're looking for someone who is excited to help bring those ideas to life.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and enthusiastic Jack or Jill of all trades to work directly with our founder on marketing, business development, and special projects.

This isn't a traditional administrative role, and no two days will look exactly alike. One day you might be reaching out to potential summer camp partners, the next you're capturing content for Instagram, organizing a brand activation, or helping reorganize our office.

We're looking for someone who loves variety, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in seeing projects through from start to finish.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes initiative, figures things out, and makes things happen.

What You'll Do

• Business Development: Research and contact prospective summer camps, brand partners, advertisers, and other business opportunities. Schedule meetings, manage follow-ups, and help develop new revenue streams.
• Marketing & Social Media: Capture photos and videos using your iPhone, identify content opportunities, and help coordinate marketing initiatives. Advanced editing skills aren't required.
• Brand Partnerships: Assist with sponsorships, branded vehicle advertising, events, and experiential marketing opportunities.
• Special Projects: Take ownership of a wide variety of projects, from organizing our office and coordinating shipments to researching vendors and executing new ideas.
• Founder Support: Work closely with the founder to turn ideas into action, manage priorities, coordinate meetings, and keep projects moving forward.
• Networking & Representation: Attend occasional events, meet prospective partners, and confidently represent Tote Taxi in professional settings.

• Excited to work directly with a founder and make a meaningful impact

Experience in marketing, hospitality, sales, events, or business development is a plus. Familiarity with the Hamptons and summer camp industry is also helpful.

Schedule & Location

This is a flexible, part-time hybrid position. Candidates must be based in the Hamptons or surrounding area and available to work in person in Southampton at least one day per week, with additional availability for occasional events, meetings, and projects.
