POSITION OVERVIEW Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Sales, the Marketing Manager leads the strategic development and day-to-day execution of the Company’s marketing initiatives. This hands-on role is responsible for driving lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance while serving as the day-to-day leader and primary resource for the marketing team. The position combines strategic planning, creative execution, performance analysis, and team leadership within a lean, fast-paced environment. The Marketing Manager will develop campaigns, create content, manage digital channels, support sales initiatives, strengthen marketing operations, and ensure consistent brand messaging across customer and team member touchpoints.
