About the Role

YourPolicy is a 24-location independent insurance agency executing an organic growth strategy across five product verticals — Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, Personal Lines, Medicare, and Life & Health. Marketing demand at YourPolicy runs in two directions: our product verticals need campaign support, positioning, and content tailored to their specific markets, and our 24 individual agencies need branding, local marketing collateral, and web presence support. This role sits at the center of both, managing, updating, and fulfilling requests from vertical leaders and agency locations alike — while directing AI tools (Claude and/or other platforms) to handle keyword research, SEO analysis, and content strategy support. This is an execution-and-judgment role, not a pure strategist or pure specialist seat.

Product Vertical Marketing Support * Support marketing needs for each product vertical (Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, Personal Lines, Medicare, Life & Health), including campaign materials, positioning content, and vertical-specific collateral * Manage and prioritize incoming requests from vertical leads, balancing timelines against agency-level demands
