General Description

Broward County’s Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau (Visit Lauderdale) is seeking an experienced, strategic and innovative GFLCVB Manager (Marketing) to serve as a key leader within the marketing team. This role will oversee the execution of integrated destination marketing initiatives, manage the agency of record, ensure contractual deliverables are achieved, and help drive measurable visitation to Greater Fort Lauderdale. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this individual will act as a trusted partner who can independently lead projects, anticipate business needs, and transform strategy into flawless execution.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, project manager, marketer, communicator and innovator. They possess a deep understanding of destination marketing, consumer behavior, and tourism trends, while embracing emerging technologies and marketing solutions to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
