We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Designer to support the development of integrated marketing campaigns across direct mail and digital channels for financial services, banking, lending, and insurance clients. This role is responsible for translating marketing strategy, customer insights, and campaign objectives into compelling creative solutions that drive engagement, acquisition, retention, and customer response. The designer should be capable of independently owning campaigns from concept through production.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of direct marketing, digital marketing, customer journey planning, and performance optimization.
