Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a well-established mid-size law firm in Philadelphia in its search for an experienced Marketing Communications Coordinator to join its Marketing & Business Development team. This is a contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. Prior law firm experience is highly preferred, although candidates with strong marketing communications experience within other professional services organizations will also be considered.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Business Development and will play an important role in supporting the firm's communications, marketing and business development initiatives.

### Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and maintain a wide range of written marketing materials, including attorney biographies, practice descriptions, brochures, website content and other firm collateral.
• Assist with the development and execution of press releases, client alerts, social media content and other external communications.
• Support website content and ongoing website maintenance.
• Assist with firm events and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate and track sponsorships, surveys, legal rankings and related submissions and deliverables.
• Manage multiple marketing and communications projects simultaneously, tracking deadlines and providing regular status updates.
• Work closely and professionally with attorneys, firm leadership and other internal stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
