Marketing & Social Media Intern

We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Intern to help us promote Cocoon Studio, a cozy, community-oriented yoga, fitness, and Mat Pilates studio located in Brooklyn.

What you’ll help with

• Creating videos and content for social media and Instagram
• Flyers, business cards & promotional materials
• Coming up with creative marketing ideas

We’re looking for someone who

• Loves social media and Instagram
• Is creative, organized & proactive
• Loves movement, wellness, yoga or Pilates
• Is studying Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Is comfortable with Canva and creating visual content
• Is eligible to complete an internship as part of their studies

Flexible schedule & location

• Flexible hours based on your schedule and internship requirements (1- 3 days per week)
• Remote work for planning, research, and content creation
• Some time at the studio to create content, take photos/videos, and get to know our community

in Brooklyn, founded and run by two partners who are passionate about movement, wellness, and bringing people together. We’ve created Cocoon as a welcoming space where people can move, connect, and feel at home.

Location

Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, just south of Prospect Park and close to Newkirk Plaza (B/Q trains).

A great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, social media, events and community building at a small Brooklyn wellness studio.

Pay: From $100.00 per week
