Position Overview

We are looking for a part-time Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator to help increase awareness of Hayman Enterprises and its affiliated projects.

This role goes beyond managing social media. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, researching partnerships, generating fresh ideas, supporting outreach efforts, and helping expand visibility across multiple channels.

This position is well suited for a self-starter who enjoys both creative thinking and practical execution.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Assist with social media planning and content development
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility
• Research relevant events, organizations, publications, and community partnerships
• Help develop marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Monitor marketing trends and recommend new approaches

Partnerships & Outreach

• Research potential partners, sponsors, collaborators, and affiliate opportunities
• Support relationship-building efforts with community organizations and businesses
• Assist with outreach campaigns and follow-up communications
• Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and strategic partnerships
