About the Position

As the Marketing & Partner Operations Manager, you will be the owner of the systems and infrastructure that drive demand generation and partner-sourced growth. You are expected to identify the problem impacting funnel performance and ensure the system changes are made, end-to-end, to improve efficiency across the revenue engine.

You drive impact on the acquisition side by building durable systems that make channel and partner performance visible and improvable, not just reported after the fact. You define the fix and configure the system directly as a HubSpot admin, partnering with Business Systems, and you'
