About Optimum Healing Pathways
Optimum Healing Pathways LLC is a growing behavioral health practice dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate, and high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout Middle Georgia.
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to take an active role in expanding our community presence, strengthening referral relationships, coordinating events, and identifying new opportunities for organizational growth.
We are not looking for someone who simply maintains our social media pages or waits for instructions. We are looking for a proactive individual who can develop ideas, build relationships, identify opportunities, and independently turn those opportunities into action.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Referral Partnerships
- Proactively identify, research, and establish relationships with new referral sources, including schools, healthcare providers, community agencies, court systems, and other organizations.
- Maintain and strengthen existing referral partnerships through consistent, meaningful communication and follow-up.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings, networking opportunities, and organizational presentations.
- Identify potential contracts, collaborations, sponsorships, and other business opportunities that support practice growth.
- Develop creative strategies to increase community awareness, referral opportunities, and engagement with OHP services.
- Maintain an organized outreach tracker documenting contacts, meetings, follow-ups, and partnership opportunities.
Community Outreach & Event Coordination
- Identify relevant community events, health fairs, resource fairs, and networking opportunities for OHP participation.
- Plan, organize, promote, and assist with hosting OHP-sponsored events, workshops, and community initiatives.
- Attend approved community events and represent the organization professionally.
- Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, promotional materials, supplies, setup, and follow-up.
- Build relationships with community organizations and event coordinators to identify future opportunities.
- Evaluate event participation and recommend ways to improve engagement and community impact.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Independently manage OHP's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging, professional, and informative content that reflects the company's mission and services.
- Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Design promotional graphics, flyers, event announcements, and marketing materials.
- Capture appropriate event photos and videos while following organizational privacy and consent requirements.
- Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to improve reach and brand awareness.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns to promote OHP's services, programs, and community initiatives.
Marketing Strategy & Accountability
- Develop and execute monthly marketing and community outreach plans.
- Independently manage projects and follow through on assigned responsibilities.
- Consistently research and present new ideas for practice growth.
- Provide weekly updates regarding outreach, partnerships, events, and marketing activities.
- Track measurable results, including new contacts, meetings, referral activity, and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, business development, community outreach, public relations, or event coordination preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing professional social media accounts.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable initiating professional conversations, conducting outreach, and representing the organization at events.
- Creative, resourceful, and capable of turning ideas into actionable plans.
- Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or community-based organizations is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for events and outreach activities.
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekends as required for scheduled events.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is someone who
- Takes initiative: Identifies opportunities without waiting to be told what to do.
