Job Description
Field Marketing & Content Manager, SensorZone North America
GKD Technologies Inc, the US subsidiary of a global technology manufacturer, is a safety technology company focused on eliminating one of the biggest causes of workplace fatalities: collisions between people and machines. Our SensorZone brand represents a comprehensive portfolio of advanced hardware, including industry-leading RFID systems and intelligent AI cameras, all powered by a sophisticated software platform. This platform extends beyond in-the-moment alerts to provide real-time data and analytics, giving site managers actionable insights to identify risk hotspots, track safety trends, and make data-driven decisions. We are looking for a hands-on marketer to show the industry how SensorZone makes job sites safer.

The value of SensorZone shows up in how people behave around heavy equipment. When an operator gets an alert every time someone steps into the danger zone, and a site manager can see exactly where and when those close calls happen, habits on site change: people keep their distance, operators slow down, and near misses drop. Our marketing needs to show that change on real job sites, with real crews, backed by real data. In this role you will create that content yourself, from filming an installation and interviewing a site manager to writing the LinkedIn post, designing the trade show brochure, and deciding which local shows we should attend. At times you will also step in front of the camera yourself to deliver the message. You will work with our teams in the US and UK, and partner closely with our Customer Success Manager and Account Managers to turn customer results into case studies and training material. We value hands-on experience creating content over experience directing an agency.
Key Responsibilities
*Content & Social Media*
- Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels, maintaining a consistent content calendar.
- Travel to customer sites, installations, and events to capture photos and video, then edit them into posts, short videos, and reels.
- Write social posts, blog articles, newsletters, product announcements, and website copy.
- Appear on camera from time to time to present product updates, walk viewers through an installation, or interview customers and site managers.
- Organize a shared content library and brand assets, and coordinate with the UK team so global campaigns and North American content stay aligned.
- Track content performance and use the results to improve what we post.
*Case Studies & Sales Materials*
- Proactively identify and produce customer case studies, testimonials, and success stories, working with the Customer Success Manager and Account Managers.
- Design flyers, brochures, product sheets, and presentation materials for the sales team and trade shows.
- Support the Customer Success team in creating training videos, guides, and customer-facing documentation.
*Trade Shows & Events*
- Own the trade show calendar: research national, regional, and local shows, recommend which to attend, and manage registrations, budgets, booth logistics, and shipping.
- Prepare booth graphics, printed materials, and promotional items, plus pre-show and post-show campaigns.
- Attend select shows alongside the Account Managers, and make sure every lead is captured and followed up in HubSpot.
Qualifications and Skills
*Essential Experience*
- Hands-on experience creating marketing content (1+ years, in-house or freelance), ideally in B2B, industrial, construction, safety, or technology.
- A portfolio of content you personally created, such as social posts, video, graphic design, and written pieces.
- Experience planning and managing trade shows or events.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and events, and a valid driver's license.
*Creative & Organizational Skills*
- A strong writer with a clear, practical voice.
- Comfortable on camera, with a natural, credible presenting style when delivering the message yourself.
- Proficient with design and video tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut or Premiere, plus social scheduling tools. HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Comfortable on a job site with a camera, talking with operators, supervisors, and safety managers.
- Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working remotely and across time zones.
