Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Editorial Operations & Marketing Intern to join our global editorial team for a 9-month program. Please note: This is not a writing role. This position focuses on the logistics, execution, and strategy that keep a major magazine running—from managing flat plans and editorial workflows to driving marketing content and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Editorial Operations & Flat Plans: Assist in organizing, tracking, and assembling all incoming editorial pieces; maintain and update issue flat plans to ensure production stays on schedule.
• Content Logistics: Work directly with the editorial team to keep assets, interviews, and visual components organized across our East Coast (Logistics) and West Coast (Design) corporate hubs.
• Marketing & Social Strategy: Develop, schedule, and execute social media assets and marketing content tailored around our editorial releases to drive reader engagemen
