OneSeven Agency, an established, award-winning public relations and marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Digital & Social Media Manager who understands the strategy, technology and business behind social media.

We're looking for a digitally savvy professional with strong knowledge of social platforms, algorithms, best practices, account administration, troubleshooting and analytics. This is a strategic, client-facing position, not primarily a content creation role.

You'll manage key client accounts while serving as an internal platform expert across our agency, working alongside experienced PR, marketing, creative and paid social advertising *professionals.*

What You'll Do

• Digital Platform Management: Serve as an agency-wide resource for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Yelp and other platforms, including account administration, permissions, troubleshooting, security and platform best practices.
• Organic Social Strategy: Develop and manage strategies that align with client goals, target audiences and business objectives. Stay current on algorithms, posting cadence, engagement, audience growth and platform developments.
• Client Account Management: Independently manage assigned key accounts, confidently lead client discussions and present strategies, recommendations and performance results.
• Integrated Marketing: Collaborate with PR, marketing, influencer and paid social advertising teams to support integrated campaigns, promotions, events and brand initiatives.
• Analytics & Performance: Monitor results, develop monthly reports, interpret data, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Content Direction & Execution: Guide content strategy, collaborate with creators, and manage scheduling and publishing for assigned accounts. Assist with basic content creation when needed.
• Technology & Innovation: Work with agency leadership to explore AI tools and emerging technologies that improve workflows, efficiency and client service.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Digital Media or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably within an agency.
• Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite and social media management platforms such as Later or Sprout Social.
• Hands-on experience with account administration, permissions, troubleshooting and platform security.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, organic growth strategies, platform best practices and analytics.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and presenting strategies and results to clients.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Yelp, AI tools and emerging digital technologies.
• Proven experience growing brand Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Hospitality, restaurant, entertainment or lifestyle marketing experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work occasional early mornings, evenings or weekends, and travel locally or overnight as needed to support client and agency initiatives
