Coordinator, Product Marketing Overview

The Coordinator, Product Marketing, supports the execution of growth initiatives that drive acquisition, enrollment, and long-term engagement for our client driven loyalty programs. This role partners closely with Product Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to launch campaigns, maintain and optimize enrollment experiences, support testing, and monitor performance with a strong focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities of Coordinator, Product Marketing

* Support Product Marketing Managers in executing growth marketing initiatives for loyalty clients * Assist with acquisition testing strategy, roadmaps, and campaign execution designed to improve conversion rates. * Help maintain and optimize enrollment touchpoints by identifying issues, coordinating updates, and supporting ongoing experience improvements. * Support A/B and multivariate testing efforts, including test setup, quality assurance, launch validation, performance tracking, and documentation of results and learnings. * Validate campaign setups, targeting, tracking, and test experiences to help ensure accurate, seamless customer experiences. * Assist with analyzing test results and translating findings into clear takeaways and next-step recommendations. * Monitor key performance metrics, including registrations, conversion rates, traffic, and other relevant indicators; compile regular reporting and flag notable trends, anomalies, or opportunities. * Maintain organized documentation for campaigns, tests, results, and team processes; identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency. * Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while communicating progress, questions, and blockers proactively.
