Community First Soccer is a youth soccer club dedicated to developing young kids to become high performing athletes, students of the game, and members of a dedicated soccer community. As our club grows, we’re looking for a creative team member to help tell our story and keep our community informed, engaged, and excited.

About the Role

We’re hiring a creative, organized, and versatile Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to lead the club’s digital presence, marketing materials, and creative resources. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking an idea from rough concept to polished final product.

You’ll work closely with club leadership to turn ideas and information into professional, on-brand materials that serve our players, families, and coaches.

What You’ll Do

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design flyers, posters, social media graphics, ads, banners, presentations, and event materials
• Maintain a consistent club brand across all platforms and materials
• Plan photo and video content and repurpose it across digital platforms

Social Media & Marketing

• Create and manage social media content and promotional campaigns
• Develop graphics and concepts for team, player, coach, event, and program content
• Develop marketing campaigns for seasons, tryouts, camps, clinics, tournaments, and other programs

What We’re Looking For

• Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
• Experience with social media and digital marketing
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
• Turning rough ideas into polished, professional finished products

* Experience with youth, amateur, or professional soccer
