Position Overview The Communications Manager (CM) serves as the steward of CTFB’s voice, messaging, and narrative, ensuring all communications reflect the organization's mission, strategic priorities, and brand. As the department's lead copywriter, editor, and editorial strategist, the CM identifies and develops stories that advance organizational goals, translates complex initiatives into compelling and accessible content, and ensures messaging is clear, consistent, and audience-focused across all communications. The CM supports media relations and public relations activities as necessary, and works collaboratively with Creative Services and Marketing to transform organizational priorities into engaging stories that strengthen the food bank’s reputation, inspire action, and build trust throughout the community.
