We are looking for a creative and proven innovator to join as a Brand Growth and Innovation Leader to help define the future of perimenopause care at Kimberly-Clark.

The Brand Growth and Innovation Leader will lead brand building initiatives across North America for the Poise® portfolio as well as develop, gain support for, and lead three-to-five year strategy & innovation plans. In this role you will lead Brand Growth and Innovation Brand Manager(s) and consultants while also leading and influencing cross-functional partners in a matrix organization. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion and proven track record for managing an innovation portfolio to deliver on business growth goals and push the boundaries of what's possible.
