Blaque Diamond Wheels is a Los Angeles-based aftermarket wheel company specializing in custom wheels for luxury, performance and exotic vehicles

We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and digitally savvy Automotive Social Media & Community Marketing Specialist to help expand our online presence, connect with automotive enthusiasts, and generate new business.

This is not a traditional social media management position where you simply schedule posts. We're looking for someone who will actively represent our brand across multiple online communities, engage potential customers, promote our latest products, and help drive sales.

The ideal candidate is passionate about cars, understands automotive culture, knows wheel fitments, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys building relationships online.

Key Responsibilities

Automotive Forums & Online Communities

• Actively engage in automotive forums, Facebook car groups, Reddit, and other enthusiast communities.
• Share our latest wheel installations, customer vehicles, new products, and promotions.
• Participate in relevant discussions and recommend our products when appropriate.
• Identify potential customers interested in aftermarket wheels and vehicle modifications.
• Build relationships with car enthusiasts, group administrators, and automotive communities.
• Represent our brand professionally while respecting community rules.

Lead Generation & Sales

• Proactively identify potential customers through automotive communities and social media channels.
• Start conversations with interested buyers and introduce relevant wheel options.
• Generate qualified sales leads and direct customers to our website or sales team.
• Follow up with prospective customers and help convert inquiries into sales.
• Track leads and sales generated through your efforts.
• Earn commissions on qualifying sales attributed to your marketing and outreach activities.

Automotive Influencer Outreach

• Research and identify automotive influencers, content creators, and vehicle enthusiasts for potential sponsorships.
• Reach out to relevant creators and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Help coordinate sponsored vehicle builds, product placements, and promotional partnerships.
• Develop relationships with automotive influencers to increase brand visibility.

Automotive Events & Networking

• Identify local car shows, Cars & Coffee gatherings, and automotive events.
• Attend selected events when opportunities arise and participation is approved.
• Network with vehicle owners, car clubs, and automotive businesses.
• Help develop new relationships and promotional opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Genuine passion for cars, automotive modifications, and the aftermarket automotive industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and online communities.
• Experience with social media marketing, online engagement, sales, or customer outreach.
• Ability to communicate naturally and confidently with automotive enthusiasts.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify marketing and sales opportunities.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and following up with potential customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active participation in automotive Facebook groups, forums, or car clubs.
• Knowledge of aftermarket wheels, vehicle fitment, and automotive modifications.
• Experience selling automotive products or accessories.
• Existing relationships within automotive communities.
• Experience with influencer marketing or sponsorship outreach.
• Basic content creation, photography, or video editing skills.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Business Suite, or other marketing platforms.
