Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Affiliate Marketer / Salesperson to partner with our Christian-owned and operated company as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This opportunity may be a good fit for someone with established relationships with business owners who enjoys networking, building professional relationships, generating leads, and promoting business solutions. Compensation is commission-based and may include ongoing residual income from eligible customers personally sold by the contractor.

The contractor will promote Creative HR Solutions, LLC’s AI services to prospective business clients. The primary focus will be identifying qualified prospects, generating sales opportunities, communicating the value of our services, and helping convert prospects into paying customers.

This is an independent sales opportunity, . The contractor will have the freedom to establish their own schedule, determine their own sales approach, and manage their own activities while representing the company in a professional manner.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

· Identify and develop prospective business customers through networking, referrals, social media, direct outreach, and other appropriate marketing and sales activities.

· Promote Creative HR Solutions, LLC’s AI services and clearly communicate their value to prospective customers.

· Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities and follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner.

· Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects, customers, referral sources, and business contacts.

· Assist prospective customers through the sales process and coordinate with Creative HR Solutions, LLC as needed to complete the sale and customer onboarding process.

· Accurately represent company services, pricing, terms, and capabilities; do not make promises or representations beyond information authorized by the company.

· Represent the company professionally and in a manner consistent with its values as a Christian-owned and operated business.

Compensation / Residual Income

· The contractor will be compensated through a percentage of recurring monthly subscription revenue generated from customers personally sold by the contractor, according to the commission structure established by the company.

· Residual commission payments will continue each month or year, depending on what the customer selects at checkout, for eligible customer subscriptions produced by the contractor for as long as the customer remains an active, paying subscriber, subject to the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement.

· Residual commissions will cease when the applicable customer cancels their subscription or otherwise no longer generates eligible recurring revenue.

· Commissions are earned only on eligible sales and collected customer revenue, and payment timing and eligibility will be governed by the Independent Contractor Agreement.

· The company reserves the right to establish, modify, and communicate commission rates, eligible services, payment terms, and other sales-program requirements in writing.

Qualifications

· Previous sales, affiliate marketing, business development, networking, or customer relationship experience preferred.

· Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.

· Comfortable using email, social media, CRM systems, video conferencing, and other common business technology.

· Professional judgment and ability to represent a Christian-owned and operated company with integrity, honesty, and respect.

Terms of Engagement

· Engagement Type: 1099 Independent Contractor — this is NOT an employee position.

· The contractor is an independent businessperson and is not an employee, partner, or agent of Creative HR Solutions, LLC.

· Contractor .

· Contractor is responsible for their own federal, state, and local taxes, including any applicable self-employment taxes, and will receive an applicable Form 1099 as required by law.

· NO employee benefits are provided. The contractor is responsible for obtaining their own health insurance, retirement benefits, disability coverage, workers’ compensation coverage where applicable, and other insurance or benefits they may desire or be required to maintain.

· Contractor is responsible for their own business expenses, equipment, technology, internet/phone service, transportation, marketing expenses, licenses, insurance, and other costs associated with performing their independent business activities, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

· Contractor controls their own schedule, methods, and manner of performing the work, subject to applicable company policies, contractual requirements, customer commitments, and applicable law.

· This opportunity is commission-based; there is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or minimum income.

· The contractor may work with other businesses or pursue other business opportunities, subject to confidentiality, non-solicitation, conflict-of-interest, and other applicable terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement.

· All customer information, confidential business information, proprietary materials, and company resources must be handled in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement.
