Key Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to concept development, brainstorms, and idea generation across cross-functional teams.
• Execute assigned deliverables across required channels and formats with increasing independence.
• Own copy deliverables from initial draft to final release, ensuring all work is accurate, on-brand, and production-ready.
• Translate complex strategic briefs into clear, engaging copy that drives target audience action.
• Partner collaboratively with creative, account, and strategy team members to maintain workflow momentum.
• Apply sound understanding of healthcare and regulatory standards to deliver compliant, effective creative.
• Maintain rigorous brand voice and style standards across all client work.
• Incorporate feedback constructively to refine copy quickly and keep projects moving efficiently.
• Stay current on evolving digital media trends, platform behaviors, and emerging industry content formats.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

• 2–4 years of copywriting experience across digital and traditional channels.
• Agency experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency with core production tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspa
